Glitter, chevron, and ombré, oh my!

There are certain crafting trends that I crave. It might seem strange to have an appetite for paper crafting loveliness, but I’ll take a hefty portion of chevron with a side of ink splatters any day, thank-you-very-much. The card I made this morning was the culmination of a couple days worth of pent up crafting cravings. It all started because Stampin’ Up! sent me 2 free bottles of Silver Sparkle Dazzling Details for a recruiting promotion they had for their 25th anniversary. (Being a demonstrator is full of fun incentives and opportunities to earn free products!) The Silver Sparkle Dazzling Details hadn’t made it onto my wish list yet, which is weird because I’m like a squirrel– instantly drawn to anything that sparkles or shines. Regardless, once it was actually in my possession I had a practically instantaneous rush of excited inspiration. I just HAD to make a silver-sparkly-rising-like-champagne-bubbles-ombré background.
